Hi! I’m Rachel Mendelson [she/her], a digital designer with over two decades of experience.

I specialize in typography, blending text and visuals to create compelling, polished design. From single-page flyers to multi-hundred-page textbooks, I have a sharp eye for detail and a love of beautiful type to every project. My work is inspired by my travels and shaped by years of helping clients around the world bring their ideas to life.

I began my career in 2005 at a small publishing house in Israel that merged with Koren Publishers Jerusalem, where my work ranged from novels and Bibles to encyclopedias and cookbooks, leading to a promotion and managing major team projects. Since 2011, I’ve partnered with clients across the US, Europe, and Australia on successful projects, including university workbooks, children’s books, branding systems, slide decks, websites, newspapers, and more.

In 2013, I founded Luxe Letters to focus on high-quality branding and fine typography. I’ve collaborated with artists, studios, and global companies—from post-production houses to fitness brands—creating custom, adaptable design that supports each client’s goals. I’ve also worked with a wide range of languages, ensuring every piece meets its typographic standards.

Today I’m based in Denver, Colorado, working closely with clients to translate their vision into thoughtful, impactful design.
